Wearing a smart ring and applying a heart rate sticker allows for on-site monitoring of health data such as heart rate. The device can also integrate data into personal health records and synchronize them to mobile phones, making it more convenient for family members to view and easier to explain recent changes when seeking medical treatment in the future.
